This machine is mainly composed of gearbox components, upper and lower frame components, upper and lower roller transmission components, roller angle rotation mechanism and base.

The left and right main transmission motors are both 980rpm AC motors with variable frequency speed control devices.

Features

Efficiency

The machine is equipped with a guide tube device to guide the correct input of the pipe. To prevent the pipe from being thrown, a nylon guide sleeve is installed in the pipe, which can be replaced according to the diameter of the pipe to be straightened. The base of the machine is directly connected to the lower frame through a column, which is very convenient for observation and adjustment.
 

 

Accuracy

The machine is equipped with a straightening roller center adjustment mechanism, which can be adjusted appropriately according to the contact between the pipe and the straightening roller surface.

Payment terms for small machines: 100% T/T/ Western Union/Cash in advance.
The big machines and big amount: 40% deposit, 60% before shipment (we will shoot total delivering process for customer's confirmation) and the related papers. You can pay by T/T,L/C, Western Union or other ways.
The machine delivery time is within 45-90 days.
