Traction device

Traction device is the driving power for the pipe movement, and the up and down rubber chain and pipe work together to proceed continuous welding. The following parts are included: up rubber chain device, down rubber chain device, traction motor device.
 

 

Online bright annealing furnace

Induction heating coil for brass solenoid structure, internal by softened water cooling copper pipe, lined with a casing used for the insulation of the controlled atmosphere. Heat treatment time is short, can put the steel tube heat from room temperature to 1050 ºC as long as more than ten seconds.
 

 

High-frequency power supplyment

High frequency induction heating power supply adopt DSP processor, has a very high processing speed, to ensure the unit functions run efficiently and orderly, with real-time and real-time simulation and simulation ability of computing power, the device reliability is extremely high.

 

Protective atmosphere control system

The system is used for stainless steel pipe in the continuous bright quenching equipment under controlled atmosphere. Unique gas protection device, composed of: argon gas and hydrogen gas entrance, each equipped with a pressure reducing valve and pressure gauge, gas path and flow regulator and flowmeter.

 

Electrical control system

In induction heating channel exit, is equipped with an infrared thermometer, which is used to measure the temperature of the steel pipe. Thermometer and temperature display meter and regulator, can set alarm temperature as required.

This production line consists of a unwinding machine, a round tube forming section, a welding section, a traction device, a corrugated tube forming machine, a pipe cleaning device, a bright annealing induction heating furnace, a cutting machine and a rewinder.

Payment terms for small machines: 100% T/T/ Western Union/Cash in advance.
The big machines and big amount: 40% deposit, 60% before shipment (we will shoot total delivering process for customer's confirmation) and the related papers. You can pay by T/T,L/C, Western Union or other ways.
