Process Flow
Bright Annealing finned pipe is crafted through heat-treating (annealing) steel using a controlled protective atmosphere furnace. Post heat-treatment, the steel exhibits a mirror-like, reflective finish, though minor imperfections and cloudiness may occur. This bright annealing stainless steel can be further polished to achieve a more reflective surface, ideal for applications requiring high reflectivity.
Our On-Line Fixing & Fusing (Annealing) equipment heats stainless steel welded pipes to 1050°C and subsequently cools them below 100°C under hydrogen protection. The intermediate frequency induction heating power supply employs the latest DSP+IGBT technology. Featuring DSP digital control, it offers self-protection and diagnostic functions. Compact and efficient, it rapidly heats pipes with energy-saving and low-waste benefits. The specially developed inducer, tailored for stainless steel properties, conserves 15%-20% more energy compared to similar products. Utilizing hydrogen gas optimally.
