Large diameter Petrochemical pipe black annealing machine is a special machine for heating the steel pipe to solution temperature and then cool it to room temperature. This machine adopts the advanced induction heating power supply, the new type DSP+IGBT power supply. It uses IGBT inverter, DSP precision control, air-cooling structure( water cooling for induction coil), reduce the loss of system. It has perfect self-protection and self diagnostic function, saves 50% energy comparing with the similar product. It is the first machine that could annealing such large stainless steel welding pipes.

What Is Induction Heating?
The power saving principle of electromagnetic induction heating technology is to make the metal heated body heat itself, and according to the specific situation, a certain heat insulation material can be wrapped outside the heating body, which greatly reduces the heat loss and improves the thermal efficiency, so the power saving effect very significant.
The off-line rotary induction heating production line independently developed by SEKO Machinery (Hangao Tech) has been tested and can effectively save energy by up to 50%. The whole production process includes automatic feeding-front and rear tube speed synchronization-induction heating-water cooling-automatic unloading.
The equipment is customized according to the customer's specific order requirements and can handle pipe range from 219 to 1219MM. The pipe is conveyed by rotating wheels, which avoids the collapse and deformation of the large-diameter steel pipe due to the softening of the material after heating, and solves the problem of secondary straightening. This equipment has been applied in many domestic leading pipe manufacturing enterprises like Jiuli Group, Wujin Group and etc., and has been fully proved by the market.

Function
1. Reduce the hardness of steel pipes, improve the plasticity, to facilitate cutting machining and cold deformation.
2. Fine grains and homogeneous steel organization and composition, to improve the performance of steel, also to make preparation for the heat treatment.
3. Remove the residual internal stress in steel, to prevent deformation and cracking.
