Bright Annealing of finned pipes is achieved by heat-treating steel in a controlled protective atmosphere furnace. Post heat-treatment, the steel exhibits a reflective, mirror-like surface, with potential imperfections and cloudiness. For applications requiring high reflectivity, bright annealed stainless steel can be further buffed for a superior finish.
Our On-Line Fixing & Fusing (Annealing) equipment heats stainless steel welded pipes to 1050°C and cools them below 100°C under hydrogen protection. The intermediate frequency induction heating power supply utilizes the latest DSP+IGBT structure for digital control, featuring self-protection and diagnostic functions. Compact design ensures rapid and efficient heating with energy-saving and low-waste benefits. The specially developed inducer for stainless steel saves 15%-20% more energy compared to similar products, utilizing hydrogen as the operating gas.
